We only collect and use information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes and do not use it in ways that individuals would not reasonably expect. We consider that these interests do not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned because the information used is limited to what is relevant and necessary, is handled securely, and its use has a limited impact on individuals.

How long we keep information
[TO CONFIRM: how long we keep each type of record, and what triggers deletion. The ICO’s privacy notice generator flagged this as missing and is explicit that this notice must not be published without it]
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use any analytics service.
Our contact form and our job application form are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a real person apart from an automated submission. On those two pages it loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com, which means Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser in order to run the check. We use it to keep the forms from being abused, not to identify you or follow you around the web, and it does not run on any other page of this site.
[TO CONFIRM: confirm against Cloudflare’s current documentation what Turnstile stores on your device when the check runs, and list any cookie it sets here. The first paragraph above describes this site’s own cookies and cannot speak for Cloudflare’s]
If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
